Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. Quotes, bookings, and services are provided by ZQ Removals in accordance with the details confirmed in writing after we review your move brief.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of your enquiry applies until superseded in writing for a specific job.

Quotes and Service Scope

Quotes rely on accurate information about the route, access, inventory, timing windows, and packing needs. We may revise or withdraw a quote if material details change or if site access differs from the brief provided.

  • Minimum booking windows, transit times, and pricing are confirmed in writing before a job is scheduled.
  • Additional services (for example packing, storage handling, or extra stops) must be agreed before the booking is finalised or may be billed separately.
  • Fragile, high-value, or unusually heavy items must be disclosed so we can plan suitable handling and protection.

Client Obligations

You are responsible for providing accurate access notes, ensuring safe entry to the property, arranging any parking or lift permissions, and packing items that are not part of an agreed packing service. Someone authorised to make decisions should be present at pickup and delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Charges are payable as specified in the quote confirmation. Late changes, delays caused by incomplete information, or waiting time outside the agreed schedule may incur additional fees.

Changes, Delays, and Cancellations

Notify us as early as possible if your date, access, or inventory changes. We will work to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed until reconfirmed.

  1. Rebooking or late changes may attract additional charges where extra labour, travel, or rescheduling is required.
  2. If access is materially different on the day (for example stairs, parking, lift bookings, or loading distance), we may pause the job until the scope is re-agreed.
  3. Where a job is cancelled after confirmation, reasonable costs already incurred may be invoiced.
